Arrival Day: Collect from the Airport and take to host family.

Our staff collect your child from the host family and bring him/her to school.

Registration and Assembly (Everyday English/Word of the Day - Notices)
9 am
English Lessons (Testing on the first day including Induction and Orientation)
10.30 am
Break Time - Refreshments/juice and biscuits provided free of charge. A tuck shop will also be available if students wish to purchase extra drinks and snacks. During break, students sign up for the activity they wish to do that afternoon. There is usually a choice of 5-8 different activities to choose from each day.
11 am
English Lessons
12.30 pm
Lunch provided at the school.
1-1.45 pm
Free time around school.

Afternoon Sports and Activity Programme begins
4 pm
Finish for the day. Transport available to go to host family.
Tuesday
As Monday up until 4 pm and remaining at school as follows.
4-6 pm
Free Time (supervised by our staff) During this free time period, students can: Use the computer room and email home or play computer games Borrow some sports equipment and play football or tennis Speak English with the staff Use the social centre - and play table tennis or pool Go to the local village shops (Moira students only)

Dinner provided at the school
7 pm
Student Meeting
7.15 pm
Evening Social Activity e.g. Talent Show, Casino Night, Theme Night, International Night, Ten Pin Bowling evening, Cinema trip, Circus trip etc
9.15-9.30 pm
Depart school - transport provided to host families, if required.
Wednesday
Full day trip (usually to London) with all entry fees and transport included Depart school to host family immediately on arrival back from trip
Thursday
As Monday - departing at 4 pm
Friday
Lessons, followed by school lunch.
2 pm
Afternoon trip into Eastbourne and/or the beach (Tunbridge Wells for Bethany students).
5-5.30 pm
Students return to school.
6 pm
BBQ provided at school, followed by presentation of certificates and prizes. This is followed by a Disco.
10 pm
Depart school for host family no later than 10 pm.
