International Summer School at Bethany Centre

For Boys and Girls aged 11-17 years

Location: Situated in the heart of the Kent countryside in an area known as the Garden of England. Despite its idyllic location, Bethany Centre is very close to the villages of Goudhurst, with its old fashioned shops and cafes, and Marden - with its direct train route to central London. The town of Royal Tunbridge Wells with its excellent shopping and cultural facilities is only 15 minutes away.

Facilities: Include Football pitches, hockey pitch, cricket pitches, art studio, tennis courts (both hard and Astroturf), floodlit Astroturf 5 aside pitches, outdoor heated swimming pool, indoor sports hall, assembly/concert hall and squash courts.

English Programme: Catering for all levels from beginner to advanced with 15 hours of English lessons per week. Small classes with no more than 12 students per class.

Activities and Excursions: Two full day excursions every Wednesday and Sunday are included in the course fee. Organised afternoon sports/activity and evening social programme provided.

Accommodation/Welfare: Boys and girls live in separate and comfortable boarding houses. All houses have security locks and staff also live in the boarding accommodation to ensure 24 hour supervision. The Catering Manager ensures a good choice of food at mealtimes - special dietary requirements are catered for.
